Tuttle Library Board Minutes
March 9, 2015
Present: Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, Margie Warner, Kathy Chisholm, and Library Director
Ron moved and Colleen seconded adoption of the Minutes from the January 12, 2015 meeting. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen moved and Ron seconded adoption of the agenda. . Adopted unanimously.
Ron moved and Steve seconded a motion to complete lighting replacements. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen moved and Steve seconded approval of the Treasurer’s Report. Adopted unanimously.
Kathy presented the Library Director’s Report. Exceptional maintenance issues have arisen, e.g., leaks and Steve Jones and other firms have been taking care of these problems.
Trustee Steve reported on Antrim Historical Society activities. He thanked Kathy for giving permission to the AHS to meet at the Library for a Don Dunlap lecture and for eight Great Decisions meetings.
Margie reported on the Monadnock Area Library Trustees meeting. Margie reminded Antrim Trustees about the Library Trustees conference on May 18th in Concord at the Grappone Center.
Ron and Kathy will examine the current salary schedule.
Steve moved and Colleen seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
